MOVING ON...
The ending of a relationship is a painful and complex experience. Many people describe it as a type of bereavement.
Friends and family are often a source of support and comfort in the early days of the breakup. Counselling can be
helpful too.
Are you finding it difficult to cope with the pain of divorce or separation ?

It can be a lonely and isolating experience and as time goes on, it can become harder to continue
sharing with friends and family. Moving on can become difficult. It can feel like life has become stuck or on hold
as the painful feelings continue long after the break up, even if it was you who ended the relationship.
